What counts as an app?
One App Store or Google Play listing you track. Starter includes 1 app, Growth 5 and Agency 15 — and you can add extra app slots to any plan without upgrading.
What is a contact reveal?
A reveal unlocks a creator's verified contact path — email or social DM — so you can start outreach. Your allowance resets every month: 150 on Starter, 500 on Growth and 2,000 on Agency. Browsing and grading the full creator list never costs reveals.
What does every plan include?
Every plan gets the full product: all matched creators graded with evidence, competitor partner rosters with proof captions, audience comment and purchase-intent analysis, a fresh scan every week, CSV export, and MCP server + API access. Plans differ only in how many apps, reveals, mailboxes and seats you get.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans cost 10× the monthly price for 12 months of service — 2 months free. That's $990/yr for Starter, $2,990/yr for Growth and $7,990/yr for Agency.
Can I track more apps without upgrading?
Yes — extra app slots are $49/mo on Starter and Growth, $39/mo on Agency. Each slot is its own subscription, so you can add and remove them independently at any time.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel in one click from your billing portal — no penalties, access runs to the end of the period you've paid for. Checkout and billing are handled by Creem's secure checkout.
