1. Cancellation Policy

Effect of cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free tier (if available) or deactivated, and you will not be charged again.

2. Refund Eligibility (14-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Service for any reason during your first 14 days, you may request a full refund.

This guarantee applies only to your first subscription charge. It does not apply to subsequent renewals or upgrades.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Outside of the 14-day money-back guarantee period, we generally do not offer refunds, including for:

• Partial months of service (if you cancel mid-cycle).
• Annual subscriptions after the 14-day window has passed.
• "Forgot to cancel" scenarios where the renewal has already processed.
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, fraud).

However, we review every request on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation warrants an exception (e.g., technical errors preventing access), please contact us.

4. Processing of Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• It typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
• Once a refund is issued, your access to paid features will be immediately terminated.
